The Nagrota encounter that took place had resulted in the death of 4 terrorists but Pakistan is backing up the terrorists by calling them ‘martyrs’. Pakistan has painted a different picture of what terrorism is in the country. Consulting Editor Maroof Raza speaks on Times Now pertaining to the tweet by Radio Pakistan that has enraged controversy. Maroof Raza states that Pakistan has now begun to eat its own words or compromise its earlier stand, he further talks about the statement made by Fawad Chaudhary which made the headlines. Radio Pakistan portrayed the scenario in a way that Pakistan’s formal soldiers were sent to Kashmir, by saying that they were martyred it means that Pakistan did take ownership of these terrorists and it is ironic because Pakistan has been sending out dossiers to all world capitals to try and claim that India is spreading and sponsoring terror.
